  WORST customer experience ever. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable customer service and delivery dates. Placed an order on Monday with work starting on Friday. Was told by a very self assured sales person (after I got one to help me) that yep, absolutely no problem, that will be here tomorrow for you. Obviously Tuesday came, no tile - it will be here tomorrow - Wednesday came, no tile. I assured him I needed to know if my tile would not be in by Friday as I'd have to make changes to the work plan - and was told absolutely it will be here by 4 pm Thursday. Well obviously its 4:25 on Thursday, and the tile is not there. Apparently the "trucks are running late" but it will be there at 7 am - he "guarantees it"...sure. I am searching the internet to see if there are any other distributors of this particular tile, as I would like to not support this business.. If you are looking for sub par service that over promises and under delivers - this team can help you out.
