Note to all, this store is currently being remodeled and is a nightmare. Aisles are not in any logical order and workers don't know where moved items are either! I love Target and I appreciate the constant need to improve stores and there is always an awkward in-between stage, but this has been poorly executed! We left without getting some items because we were tired of hunting. Not to mention that everything is compressed so aisles are difficult to move through if other people are around. If you're going to inconvenience your customers, at least staff the store with additional, helpful associates to make the transition easier!

The returns desk, cashiers and carry-outs are friendly and nice. Hope I don’t need a question answered on the floor. ETL and other departments are usually having conversations with each other or are difficult to find and act like I am interpreting them. So sorry. I think this started about a year ago. This store had all my business. I couldn’t stand the rudeness. I’m sorry, the store changes so often and I need help finding something. Apparently, I’m supposed to punch every item into my phone and use the app to tell me where things are. So I started doing THAT. But the app isn’t accurate to when items are out of stock. It doesn’t matter if it’s 8am, 11am, 3pm... I’m bothering people by asking for help and usually have to wait in line at check out. No biggie. I can shop else where. Called to discuss the “store experience,” but they were experiencing “unusually high call volumes.” Target doesn’t need my business to survive. Maybe train your employees to appreciate your in store customers. If you don’t like helping people, why work in retail? I worked in retail for many years. You get what you give. I had great days that went by fast, being helpful and friendly.
