  Clerk kept having my husband scan card to pay for shoes. After the third time my husband said he wasn’t scanning card anymore. He checked online bank while at register and the bank showed merchandise was scanned three times. My husband asked for the manager and the person said she is the manager. He told her that the shoes were charged three times and needs to be fixed. Of course he got upset and the manager said he didn’t have to be so rude. He told her he didn’t want the shoes and she said he can’t return them because he didn’t have a receipt which she didn’t give him one. Is this a way for a manager to treat a customer. Would like to report this to a higher up but I don’t see a customer service number for this sketchers.
