  We normally love this store, but were just in there tonight 20 minutes to close. We were waking through trying to look for some specific boards real quick, but they had two aisles blocked off right where we needed to be. We circled around them a few times trying to peek at what we could and the employee definitely saw us. He looked like he was finishing up, so we went to look at something else. We heard the closing announcement on the intercom, so we made our way back, where the aisles were still closed. He had just pulled his forklift out and was clearly no longer using it and was kind of moseying around. We were standing there clearly trying to get in the aisle, and he saw that and made no effort to let us in, so my husband went down the aisle anyway to peek quick. The employee immediately came at him telling him not to come down the aisle, to which my husband responded “sorry, just trying to peak quick before you close.” The employee then escorted him out of the aisle and angrily said “you can’t be down here, feel free to not do that again.” I get that it’s a liability and he’s just trying to do his job, but don’t close an aisle for 20 minutes and there are much more polite ways to handle that situation.

  It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. We ordered carpet from here and have had nothing but problems. After having my carpet installed TWICE in a new home, our seams are coming up again :-( I have spoken to the management and the owner of the company that installs the carpet, and I was given 25% of a credit back. 25% credit doesn't cover all the problems, damage, and issues I have had to try and fix the issue. Plus, now when I walk into my bedroom all I see is a huge seam. Just bummed.
